體驗台灣之心：牙醫學院師生參訪日月潭與中台禪寺，深化國際文化交流

為促進校園國際化並推廣台灣在地文化，中國醫藥大學於日前舉辦了一場兼具知性與感性的南投文化之旅。本次活動由 余建宏教授 (Prof. Kenko Yu)、陳素鳳教授 (Prof. Diana Chen) 與 黃淳逸醫師 (Dr. Chun-Yi Huang) 親自帶領，共有 16 位外籍學生與師長熱情參與，共同探索台灣中部的人文風光。
山水與美食的饗宴
行程首站來到台灣最大的天然湖泊——日月潭。師生們搭乘遊艇飽覽湖光山色，並在船上享用道地的池上便當，體驗獨特的「水上午餐」氛圍。除了美景，美食也是推廣台灣文化的重要一環，大家品嚐了著名的阿婆茶葉蛋以及獲獎無數的紅玉紅茶（台茶18號）冰淇淋，在地風味讓外籍學生讚不絕口。
宗教與建築的洗禮
午後，一行人前往中台禪寺參訪。透過參觀這座融合中西工法與佛教藝術的建築，學生們深入了解台灣的宗教文化底蘊，感受禪宗的寧靜與莊嚴。
滿載笑容，建立跨國情誼
活動於下午 5 點圓滿結束並返抵校園。此次行程不僅讓離鄉背井的國際學生感受到學校的溫暖，更透過面對面的交流，拉近了師生距離。看著大家臉上滿滿的笑容，這場「快樂出行」成功地將台灣的美好印象深植在每一位參與者的心中。

To foster international friendship and promote Taiwanese culture, a group of 16 faculty members and international students from China Medical University embarked on a cultural field trip to Nantou on 12/14. Led by Professor Kenko Yu (余建宏), Professor Diana Chen (陳素鳳), and Dr. Chun-Yi Huang (黃淳逸), the trip offered students an immersive experience of Taiwan’s natural beauty and spiritual heritage.
Highlights of the Journey:
The group arrived at the breathtaking Sun Moon Lake in the morning. A highlight of the trip was a relaxed 2-hour lake cruise, where participants enjoyed a classic Taiwanese culinary experience: the Chishang Bento (Lunch Box) served right on the boat. The gastronomic adventure continued with local specialties, including the famous Grandma’s Tea Eggsand the award-winning Ruby Black Tea (No. 18) Ice Cream, leaving everyone with a sweet taste of Taiwan.
In the afternoon, the group visited Chung Tai Chan Monastery, an architectural marvel and a center of Zen Buddhism. Students explored the fusion of art, culture, and religion, gaining a deeper understanding of Taiwan's diverse spiritual landscape.
